for the KWF’s website (“Website”). KWF is committed to protecting the privacy

Notethat you can view KWF’s Website pages without revealing any Personal
Information about yourself. Although our Website automatically recognizes the

facilitate portions of KWF’s programs.  We

c.     Legal Matters; Safety. We may access and disclose your
information to respond to subpoenas, judicial processes, or government requests
and investigations, or regarding an investigation on matters related to public

necessary, if we believe that there has been a violation of an agreement, any
other legal document or contract related to KWF’s services, or the rights of

our subcontractors and service providers to maintain) appropriate

a.     We reserve the right to retain your Personal Information if doing so, in our good
faith belief, is necessary to comply with a law or legal process, to cooperate
with law enforcement, to complete a pending transaction, to resolve a claim or
dispute, or to enforce an applicable agreement between you and KWF.

b.    Your opt-out regarding our communications will NOT affect communications from us of
a transactional or relationship nature or as required by law.

c.     If you are a participant in a promotion that is co-sponsored by KWF with one or
more third-party co-sponsor(s), your opt-out will NOT stop our co-sponsor(s)
from sending you marketing/promotional communications, and you must contact our
co-sponsor(s) directly in order to opt out from its/their further use of your
Personal Information.

8.     Children. KWF does not intentionally collect any
personal information from children under 13. By visiting our Website you are
verifying that your age is 13 years or more.

9.     Links.  Our Website may contain links to other sites. We have no control over the privacy
